Sherif Samy is a Cairo-based visual storyteller whose works blur the boundaries between traditional painting, visual narration and digital art. His worlds are usually born out of a collage of various mediums, which include photography, illustration, digital painting and typography.
He studied fine arts and worked in the field of graphic design for more than 20 years, during which he worked with the most influential studios in the region, co-founded File Club Studio and launched his own Spoon for digital branding. He currently teaches interactive design at the American University in Cairo.
